1. Overview & Our Risk-Free Philosophy

At VyapaarD2C (operated by Advance Technologies), we believe in transparent, value-driven business partnerships. We charge a nominal fee of ₹499 for our introductory 1-on-1 consultation solely to filter out non-serious inquiries and allocate dedicated advisory time with our senior consultant.

2. Step 1: ₹499 Know Your Business Call (100% Refundable)

The ₹499 introductory video consultation is protected under the following refund terms:

• Post-Meeting Refund: If you attend the 1-on-1 call and decide not to subscribe to our monthly execution partner service, simply inform us on WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of the meeting, and we will initiate a 100% refund of ₹499 immediately.
• Full Credit Toward Monthly Plan: If you choose to join the ₹4,999/month execution program, the entire ₹499 will be deducted from your first monthly invoice (you pay only the remaining ₹4,500 for month one).
• Pre-Meeting Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your meeting before the scheduled time, you may request a full refund or choose a new calendar slot without any penalty.

3. Step 2: ₹4,999/Month Growth Partner Plan (Cancel Anytime)

Our monthly consulting and execution handholding operates on a flexible, zero-lock-in structure:

• No Long-Term Contracts: The ₹4,999/month plan runs on a monthly recurring basis. You are never locked into long-term retainer commitments.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time before the start of the next 30-day billing cycle by sending a message to our WhatsApp support team. Once cancelled, no further recurring charges will occur.
• Ongoing Month Billing: Once a monthly cycle has begun and active consulting, technical setups, or campaign guidance have been delivered, that month’s service fee is non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect from the following billing cycle.

4. Third-Party Costs & External Software Exclusions

VyapaarD2C provides growth advisory, store configuration, and marketing management services. Our refund policy applies strictly to our own service consulting fees (₹499 introductory call and ₹4,999/month partner fee).

We do not collect or hold external operating funds. Expenses paid directly by you to third-party platforms—such as Shopify/WordPress hosting, domain registrars, Meta/Google ad spend, courier freight aggregators (Shiprocket/NimbusPost), or WhatsApp API vendors—are subject to the respective third-party service provider refund and billing terms.

5. Refund Processing Timelines & Methods

All approved refunds are processed directly back to the original source payment method (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking) via our authorized payment partner, Cashfree Payments:

• Initiation Time: Refunds are initiated from our dashboard within 24 business hours of your request.
• Bank Credit Timeline: Depending on your bank or payment mode (UPI vs. Card/Net Banking), the funds will reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business working days.
• Zero Cancellation Charges: We do not deduct any administrative or convenience processing fees on eligible ₹499 refunds.
