1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing vyapaard2c.in and purchasing our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the website or use our services.

This service is operated by Advance Technologies, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

2. Scope of Services

VyapaarD2C provides growth consulting, business architecture, technical advisory, and operational handholding to help Indian manufacturers, wholesalers, and traders launch Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) retail brands.

• Step 1: 1-on-1 Know Your Business Consultation (₹499): A dedicated 30–45 minute private video call to evaluate factory setup, unit margins, and D2C market feasibility. This session is strictly an advisory meeting and carries zero physical or written deliverables.
• Step 2: Monthly D2C Growth Partner (₹4,999/Month): An ongoing, month-to-month advisory and execution roadmap covering storefront setup, single-piece packaging guidance, logistics API configurations, and Meta/Google ad strategy.

3. Third-Party Operating Expenses & Direct Accounts

The client retains 100% direct ownership of their business infrastructure and is solely responsible for paying:

• Platform & Hosting Fees: Shopify subscriptions, WordPress hosting, and custom domain names.
• Advertising Spend: Daily ad budgets paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads accounts.
• Logistics & Courier Freight: Per-order shipping fees charged by courier aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, NimbusPost).
• Messaging APIs & Gateways: WhatsApp API charges (Interakt, BiteSpeed) and payment gateway transaction fees.

4. Payments & Invoicing

All payments are securely collected in Indian Rupees (INR) via our authorized payment partner (Cashfree Payments).

• ₹499 Consultation Call: One-time advance payment required to confirm meeting booking.
• ₹4,999/Month Growth Plan: Billed on a 30-day recurring cycle. Clients may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing date by messaging our support team.

5. Commercial Disclaimer & Performance Expectations

While we apply established playbooks and operational frameworks, e-commerce and retail sales are inherently dependent on product appeal, pricing, market competition, product quality, and manufacturing capacity.

VyapaarD2C does not guarantee specific revenue targets, profit guarantees, or fixed order volumes. Our role is strictly that of a dedicated growth advisor and execution partner.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All proprietary information, catalog details, manufacturing formulas, and business numbers shared by the client during private consultations are treated with strict commercial confidentiality.

All website content, frameworks, brand assets, and educational materials provided on vyapaard2c.in remain the intellectual property of VyapaarD2C and Advance Technologies.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
